Meet The Team
History and Mission
Consensus Solutions was founded in 2019 in Arlington, VA, by CEO Sanjay Rajpal. Within months, we began federal contract work, scaled our team to match, and never looked back. In 2021, we were certified as an SBA 8(a) company, allowing CS to offer unique contract assistance to the federal sector.
Our mission is to develop innovative solutions that are right-sized for unique, complex management and technology challenges. As we continue to provide quality service, we are on the path to leading the small-business consulting industry, recognized for our dedication to exceptional client outcomes.
From large-scale transformations to change management initiatives, Sanjay has successfully led and managed multiple federal contracts for more than a decade. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, internal auditing, performance improvement, and business process re-engineering. He is a is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He earned a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
Throughout his career, he has committed to the advancement of diversity in the workplace. In 2011, Sanjay established the DC Regional extension of a national non-profit organization dedicated to the professional development of pan-Asian professionals and leaders. He was involved in all aspects of recruitment of leaders, members, advisers, and key stakeholders throughout the Washington, DC region, including establishing partnerships with the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other government agencies, organizations, and universities.
Kritishma leverages a decade of expertise in acquisition management and IT. She has in-depth experience shaping government program management, overseeing program initiatives, and planning GAO High-Risk List strategies. She also actively mentors and supports company operations.
With a diverse skill set, including PMP, Prosci, and Certified Scrum Master, Lily has overseen configuration management, change control processes, and strategic initiative projects in the federal setting. Transferring her ability to drive outcomes, Lily currently manages our client capture efforts.
Ben has over a dozen years of experience managing complex programs and projects in healthcare and the federal government. Ben leads Consensus Solution’s Human Capital Practice and VA account. He is also responsible for countless initiatives contributing to CS’s growth and operational infrastructure.
