SBA Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODR&R)

Conduct assessments and after-action reporting to prepare ODR&R with increased ability to quickly and efficiently respond to future disasters and ensure compliance with SBA loan requirements.

Compliance Readiness Directorate Audit Support

Within VA’s Office of Information & Technology, the Compliance Readiness Directorate conducts and improves audit processes to ensure consistent compliancy. With CRD, CS coordinates audit cycles, develops corrective action plans, supports change management, and conducts trend analyses.

Human Resources Modernization

Serving more than 360,000 employees, VHA’s human capital management was undergoing a full redesign to support its staff and program delivery better. CS partnered with VA’s Workforce Management & Consulting (WMC) Office to reorganize VHA’s HR structures, functions, and resource into a new shared services model.

GAO High Risk List Support

When an agency is flagged by GAO’s HRL, it may take years to make the needed improvements; this was the case for VA’s Office of Acquisition and Logistics and the Veterans Health Administration. By partnering with CS, VA has been able to significantly improve its scores and is closer to getting removed from the list.
