The year 2023 proved to be a transformative chapter for Consensus Solutions. We strengthened our business, expanded our team with the addition of talented members, and implemented key initiatives to ensure our ongoing success in the years to come.
This year, we successfully attained our first organization-level certification: ISO 9001-2015 where we showcased our commitment to risk-based thinking and accountability across all operational processes, ultimately enhancing our communication, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.
We took a proactive approach to prioritize our team’s well-being and foster a thriving workplace culture by administering the annual Employee Survey, reaffirming our commitment to understanding and valuing the opinions of our incredible team. Additionally, we organized and celebrated our first all-hands retreat where we brought our staff together to strategize, collaborate, bond, and connect as a unified team, setting the stage for a renewed sense of the company’s direction and goals. These efforts highlight our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where every voice matters and every team member feels valued.
In addition to these accomplishments, securing our first Prime Contract marked a monumental step forward for our company. This achievement is a testament to our dedication and capabilities, representing a pivotal moment in our success story. This milestone is the result of our talented workforce and our industry partners that continue to entrust us as a subcontractor serving our nation’s veterans.
Looking ahead to 2024, we remain committed to a dynamic path of growth and innovation. Our mission for the New Year is to expand our services, continue to prioritize employee development initiatives, and cultivate and foster industry partnerships.
